A vehicle shall be considered in violation of this subsection if it has not been moved at least one hundred feet during the seventy-two-hour period of time.

The seventy-two-hour time limit includes the cumulative time spent on any public street. When a vehicle is found in violation of this subsection, it may be removed or impounded under the provisions of section Do not park in handicap spaces unless you have an approved license plate or placard.
