Windows stays on shutting down

Hi RokSaje, I experience the same issues, and have been doing so for quite some time. Our machines are primarily Lenovos, and we use Trend for AV. We do use Juniper VPN, which seem to be the common denominator. Did you find a solution to this problem? Not really. I left company before I was able to resolve it : but issue was definitely caused by Avecto. I tried different possible solutions from hook up exclusions for Juniper and McAfee to new version of software etc but none really resolved it.
